Bake Sale for Compassion

Heya folks! It’s Aly here! 
I could preach about compassion and what it means forever and ever, but this sort of spoke to me in a way that was much different.
Being a vegan, I definitely see compassion in everything I do and try to live my life with that as my “mantra” per se. But, compassion isn’t just for the animals, although that’s a huge part of it for me.
Everyone know’s about the recent disaster in Japan.
Well, a blogger buddy of mine, Katie, from Chocolate-Covered Katie made a bake-sale to benefit this cause combining almost 40 other bloggers and bakers who each made a dish or two (completely vegan and some gluten free/other allergen-free) to give out to the top bidder. And, let me tell you, the bids are hot and the sweets are even SWEETER. 
Okay, so that last sentence didn’t make much sense, but give me a break!
